When is the best time to buy for the biggest saving?
Usually during the big sale seasons and holidays, when marked-down prices and extra codes can line up. Check the store's page on iPromo before you buy to see what is live right now.
Can I stack a coupon code with another offer?
Sometimes. Some stores let a code apply to items that are already reduced or alongside free shipping, and some do not. Try the code in the cart and watch the total, because the store decides.
The code didn't work. What happened?
The offer may have ended or its conditions changed, your cart may be under a minimum, or an item may be excluded. Look at the last-checked date on the page and report it through the contact page so we can review it.
Are all the codes guaranteed?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We check them regularly, but stores can end offers without notice.
How do I know a deal is fresh?
Every page shows a last-checked date. The more recent it is, the fresher the information, though a store can still change an offer after that.
Do I pay more if I buy through iPromo links?
No. Some links are affiliate links, so we may earn a cut from the store, but your price stays the same.
Is iPromo part of any store?
No, we are independent. We do not own the stores and they do not own us; you buy directly from them.
